Neil Robinson

Beginning as a qualified electrical engineer, Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the Global Energy Market.

Neil’s roles in Senior Management have seen him as both Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a range of private and public sector companies.

Neil’s success emanates from his ability to select and develop people to achieve their full potential in a culturally aligned environment.

With a natural ability to establish strong business relationships at the highest level, Neil has managed a diverse range of national and international clients.

Operations Director

Kevin Robinson

Educated in the United Kingdom as an Electrical Engineer, Kevin has over 25 years’ industry experience.

Kevin has managed at the highest levels within the in the international utilities, power generation and energy sectors.

Possessing strong leadership capabilities accompanied by sound technical and operations expertise, Kevin has been able to mentor and develop highly efficient and successful teams.

A specialist in the energy sector, Kevin has been involved in the development of over 1GW of projects globally.

Group Accountant

Kerri Warner

A highly experienced Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Kerri has demonstrated expertise in providing financial stewardship and guidance. Kerri has worked across a wide variety of companies, from small family businesses through to multi-national corporations.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team, Kerri is well respected for her senior financial experience and ability to add value to growth-oriented organisations.

Kerri’s specialities include cash management, working capital improvement, profit improvement, cost reduction and systems control. In addition, Kerri enjoys applying her skills to business planning, financial strategy and capital raising.

Commissioning & Project Manager

Paul Johnson

Paul as BT Engineering Manager is highly regarded as Senior Electrical Leader within the industry, with extensive expertise and accreditations to deliver EPC solution across High Voltage & complex electrical system, grid & network connections, compliance and system integrations BESS, Hydrogen Engine, SCADA, Automated Assets ,PV Farms with extensive background in Project Management, and Electrical Control and Automation gained from over 35 years of employment history in industrial settings.

Key to Paul’s success as has been the commitment to safety, compliance, quality and timely delivery of projects, honest and open management, coupled with extensive knowledge within the engineering field. As well as being an innovative professional through his leadership and inclusive style with AFIEAust CEngA NER, MBA, M Law, GAICD attainment

HSEQ Manager

Terence Nichols

A highly skilled HSEQ Manager, Terence’s experiences cover the energy, gas, uranium processing, mining and civil & construction industries.

Terence has identified and implemented organisational opportunities that have increased production, decreased costs, and improved the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees.

Terence focusses Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality metrics to improving the bottom line. He does so by utilising evidence-based risk identification and analysis. As a result, Terence identifies opportunities and creates strategies to meet agreed and acceptable target levels.

Senior Project Engineer

Rhys Porter

Having started his career in the Information Technology industry, Rhys developed a strong interest in electrical engineering.

With an elevated capability and interest in the technical aspects of electrical engineering, Rhys’ passion is renewables. He can apply himself in all areas covering design, project management, process improvement, HSE and document control.

Rhys thrives on delivering robust results through the integration of established and emerging technologies within an infrastructure bedrock.

Contract Services & Asset Manager

Stewart Fraser

An experienced Asset Manager, Stewart has operated through all levels of project installation from start-up through to O&M.

With over 40 years of experience in the power industry, Stuart has worked locally in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. He has also spent time abroad in Georgia as an ex-pat.

Stewart’s portfolio of projects includes Kwinana Swift, Gardabani and Telfer mine site powers stations, to name but a few.

Stewart has experience across numerous technologies including General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, and Sulzer, Cummins, Caterpillar, MTU and Deutz.

Prue Williams

Specialising in human resource management, strategic policy and project management; Prue offers a truly diverse skillset.

Prue’s professional experience has been developed globally over the past 19 years within the government, construction, and commodity industries
